We do not process financial data, account balances, trading activity, or broker login credentials.
OQT has no access to trading accounts.

4. Data Sharing
Personal data is only shared with service providers that are necessary for the operation of our website and the provision of our services.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers
- For the handling of email communication and supporting support processes, we use the service provider Brevo as the provider of the relevant systems.
- Payment service providers for the processing of license payments
All service providers process data exclusively on the basis of contractual agreements and in compliance with the DSGVO.
No data is shared with brokers or with third parties for advertising, analytics, or trading purposes.
5. Storage & Deletion
Personal data is stored only as long as necessary to fulfill the stated purposes or as long as statutory retention obligations exist.
As soon as the respective purpose ceases to apply and statutory retention periods no longer apply, the data will be deleted.
